KINDEREN, BABYBEDJES EN EXTRA BEDDEN
Kinderen tot en met twee jaar oud mogen up to 2 years are welcome free of charge if no extra bed is required.
Baby cot is free of charge, but subject to availability and needs to be requested in the reservation.
Extra bed (for an additional charge) is subject to availability and needs to be requested in the reservation. Not all of the rooms can be equipped with an extra bed.
Here are three different options to park your car:
● You can use the "Valet Parking" service. How does it work?
Once you arrive at the hotel, we can request a valet parking service. No reservation is available in advance. The service representative will pick up your car and park it in a secured parking lot. Your car will be brought back at the appointed time and date.
The service is available from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
The cost of a valet parking service is €40 per 24 hours.
● You can use a parking garage in Amsterdam. The nearest parking garage to our hotel is "Stopera Amsterdam".

The rate is €6,30 per hour. The maximum daily rate is €63.00.

For those who wish to explore the surroundings in the traditional Dutch way, we recommend a bicycle rental service “Black bikes” just around the corner.
Opening times:daily: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Pets are not allowed.
The standard check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
Check-in after 10:00 PM is available on request.
Early check-in is subject to availability, but you are always welcome to leave your luggage at our storage free of charge.
A security deposit of €100 per room will be asked to guarantee extras (mini-bar, phone calls, etc.)
Check-out is required by 11:00 AM.
The security deposit will be refunded at the check-out if there are no expenses to be covered.
After check-out, your luggage can be left in the storage of the hotel.
For continental breakfast, we recommend a restaurant Restaurant Brug34, located 275 meters from the hotel, which offers a special "Amstelzicht" Full Breakfast with a 10% discount.
We accept various payment methods:
● Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX). Payment by credit card is accepted if the cardholder is staying at the hotel.
● Debit card (Maestro, Visa Electron, V Pay)
The current city tax in Amsterdam is 7%. On top of that, there is a tourism fee of €3 per person per night.
BOOKINGS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Making a booking at our hotel means that you accept our Houserules and Cancellation Policy. All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
● Standard rate / Flexible rate: The total amount due will be pre-authorized on your credit card 7 days prior to arrival. If pre-authorization is declined for any reason, the guest will be informed by email, and in case of no reply, the reservation will be canceled within 24 hours.
If you want to cancel or change your booking, please let us know at least 3 days before the arrival date, before 11:59 PM (Amsterdam local time). If you cancel later or don’t show up, the full cost of the accommodation will be charged to the credit card. The day starts at 00:00 UTC/GMT+01:00.
● Prepay & Save / Non-refundable rate: Your credit card will be charged at the time of your booking. "Non-refundable" bookings cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.
● Please kindly note, when making a reservation for 4 rooms or more, different “Group cancellation policies” apply. The hotel will inform you about this policy via email.
