The hotel reception is open from 8 am until 10 pm. If you arrive before 8 am or after 10 pm, it is very important that you let us know your flight number and arrival time and we will be waiting to welcome you.
The hotel accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and Cash.
Please notice that the Hotel will pre-authorize your creditcard 7 days prior to arrival, if authorisation is declined the guest will be informed by email, if no reply has been given within 24 hours the reservation will be cancelled.
Check-in time for the rooms is after 2 pm.
Check-in time for the Quadrooms en the Apartments is after 5 pm.
Check-out time is at 12 noon for the rooms and apartments.
Children up to six years of age are free of charge if no extra bed is required.
There is NO elevator available due to the historic features of this 350-year old building!
Pets are not allowed.
The rates are per room, per night excluding 5% tourist tax.
Around the holidays and special events the minimum stay generally requires 4 (four) nights. On Queensday (30th April) and the 31st December it is not possible to check in, on the 1st of May and the 1st of January it's not possible to check out. This means you must include these days in your stay.
Making a booking at our hotel means that you accept our Houserules and Cancellation Policy:
If the room is cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before the arrival date, or if you do not show up, or if you choose an early departure there will be 100% charge for the entire stay. We advise our guests to take travel insurance. For the yearly IBC, International Broadcast Convention, every September, the cancellation policy is 8 weeks before, if you cancel or change your reservation within the 8 weeks there is a 100% charge.
