The check-in time for the rooms is from 2 pm and for the Quadrooms and apartments the check in time is 5 pm.
The check-out time for the rooms and apartments is at 12 noon.
The hotel reception is open from 8 am until 10 pm. If you arrive before 8 am or after 10 pm, it's very important that you let us know your flight number and arrival time and we will be waiting to welcome you.
We require the payment of the entire stay to be executed upon arrival.
We accept VISA, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and cash.
To confirm any reservation we must receive a valid credit card number with an expiry date and the cvc code.
We can only accept cancellations made at least 7 (seven) days before the arrival date. Cancellations made in less than 7 days before arrival date are 100% non-refundable. This also applies to no-shows or early check-outs. We advise our guests to take travel insurance.

The minimum stay when arriving on a Friday is 3 (three) nights. When arriving on a Saturday, the minimum stay is 2 (two) nights. Exceptions are made for special offers.
The minimum stay between Christmas and New Year (27th of December 2010 until the 2nd of January 2011) is 5 (five) nights.
The minimum stay around Queensday is 3 (three) nights.
The minimum stay during the annual IBC convention is 5 (five) nights.
