Practical information, cancelation policy

The hotel accepts Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Maestro and cash.

Please notice that the Hotel will pre-authorize creditcard
7 days prior to arrival.

Check-in time for the rooms is after 2 pm
Check-in time for the Quadrooms en the Apartments is after 5 pm.
Check-out time is at 12 noon for both rooms and apartments.

The hotel reception is open from 8 am until 10 pm. If you arrive before 8 am or after 10 pm, it's very important that you let us know your flight number and arrival time and we will be waiting to welcome you.

Children up to six years of age are free of charge if no extra bed is required.

There is NO elevator available due to the historic features of this 400-year old building!

The rates are per room, per night excluding 5% tourist tax.

Because we are located so close to so many nice breakfast restaurants, we do not serve breakfast in our hotel.

Arrival on Friday requires a minimum stay of 3 (three) nights.
Arrival on Saturday requires a minimum stay of 2 (two) nights.
Around the holidays and special events the minimum stay generally requires 4 (four) nights. On Queensday and the 31th december its not possible to check in, on the 1th May and the 1th January its not possible to check out. This means you have to include this days in your stay.

Making a booking at our hotel means that you accept our Cancellation Policy:
If the room is cancelled less than 7 (seven) days before the arrival date, or if you don't show up, or if you choose an early departure there will be 100% charge for the entire stay, We advise our guests to take travel insurance. For IBC 2011, september 9 till 14 the cancelation policy is 4 weeks before, if you cancell or change your reservation within the 4 weeks there is a 100% charge.
